Great Opportunities for Captains & Mates – Outer Banks, NC

Nor’Banks Sailing and Watersports is a well-established, Outer Banks–based parasailing and watersports operation in a high-demand market. We’re looking to connect with experienced parasail captains, capable mates, and entrepreneurial operators who are interested in more than just filling a seat for a season.
We’re currently looking for captains and mates for:
* Parasailing (newly repowered CWS OceanPro 31)
* Upscale Pontoon Tiki Charters (brand-new 30-passenger Sculpin Palapa 37)
* Private wake / ski / tubing charters
Because of this mix, we can build flexible, well-rounded roles for captains and mates at any stage of their career:
* Captains can split time between parasail, tiki, and watersports
* Mates can rotate between parasail and tiki shifts
* Leadership roles and business opportunities available for the right candidate
We’re especially interested in people who:
* Have solid parasail experience, or are ambitious within the industry and ready to train to the next level
* Understand safety, efficiency, and guest experience at a professional level
* Think like operators, not just employees
* Are interested in long-term involvement and upside in a strong, established business

For those looking beyond the summer season, we also offer winter captain and mate opportunities in Marco Island, Florida, focused on eco-tours and watersports operations.
This is a well-established operation with systems, equipment, and demand already in place. For the right person, there’s real opportunity to grow responsibility and build a well-rounded, long-term role.
