Position: Parasail Captain
Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate parasail boats and ensure safe, enjoyable parasailing experiences for guests.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating memorable moments for all guests.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations on and off the water.
• Maintain the boat, equipment, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Captain’s license with parasail training and experience.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with a variety of people.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• All-around good person with a love for the water and adventure!
