The last couple of years we have offered an end of season rope discount, this has helped manage the difficulties of rope supply and demand. Because it has become so popular we are going to offer it again, to get this deal it is important to order your rope for next year early, do not wait until you need it will only cost you more.
The Parasail Towline is one of those most important safety items, having the correct and well-maintained towline is very important. 
Having the right rope for the boat and application, replacing it at a minimum annually or more, depending on the usage and boat type is highly important for a safe operation.
There is a price increases expected in December, so order early to save money. Order by October 21st for a December – January delivery or the end of the Parasail Operators Symposium(Nov 13th) for a March – March delivery or sooner if available.

3/8″ 12 strand Polyester Coated

This 8,000 lbs. high quality fiber single braided towline is for all types of boats such as Premiums, Centurion Flight 33’s/30’s and boats fitted with the Custom Chutes winch system or with high wear systems, such as CWS Ocean pros, Aerial pros & Nordics with 4 way rollers in replace of knot stopper. The line is coated with clear urethane protective coating to reduce wear to the line and is not colored to reduce mess in engine room, it also has no core due to its construction. It now comes with Red fleck for easiness of seeing the rope moving.

This towline should not be used with a bowline knot at bitter end, it should only be splice and use with the PQL.

7/16″ 12 strand Polyester Coated

This 10,500 lbs. high quality fiber single braided towline is for all types of boats such as Premiums, Centurion Flight 33’s/30’s and boats fitted with the Custom Chutes winch system or with high wear systems, such as CWS Ocean pros, Aerial pros & Nordics with 4 way rollers in replace of knot stopper. The line is coated with clear urethane protective coating to reduce wear to the line and is not colored to reduce mess in engine room, it also has no core due to its construction. It now comes with Green fleck for easiness of seeing the rope moving.

This towline can be used with a bowline knot at bitter end, but it is recommended to be splice and use with the PQL.

This 6,800 lbs. high quality fiber double braided towline is for boats with low wear systems, such as Premiums, Centurion Flight 33’s/30’s and boats fitted with the Custom Chutes winch system. It comes with Blue fleck for easiness of seeing the rope moving.

This towline should be used with a bowline knot at bitter end.

Available lengths:

600 ft, 800 ft, 1000 ft

This 6,800 lbs. high quality fiber double braided towline is for boats with high wear systems, such as CWS Ocean pros, Aerial pros & Nordics with Knot stoppers and Paracrafts or any system with no levelwinder bar(<300′). The line is coated with clear urethane protective coating to reduce wear to the line and is not colored to reduce mess in engine room. It comes with Black fleck for easiness of seeing the rope moving.

This towline should be used with a bowline knot at bitter end.

Parasail Quick Link (PQL)

We have been working with the towline companies to develop the Parasail Quick Link (also known as the Parasail Soft Shackle) for a few years now, this is custom built for parasailing with Polyester fibers. The quick link allow easy connection between the parasail and towline, this turns out to be quicker than tying a bowline knot. With testing the quick link it has shown to have lower strength loss over use.

These PQL soft shackles  are recommended only to be used with single braid polyester towline that has a minimum breaking strength of 6500 lbs. A PQL can be used for up to 500 fight rotations, currently we have three strength available:

White Quick Link tested breaking load 4900 lbs. (+/- 250 lbs.). This equivalent strength of a bowline tied in a towline of 9000 lbs. in strength.

Black Quick Link tested breaking load 3800 lbs. (+/- 250 lbs.). This equivalent strength of a bowline tied in a towline of 7000 lbs. in strength.

Blue Quick Link tested breaking load 3200 lbs. (+/- 250 lbs.). This equivalent strength of a bowline tied in a towline of 5000 lbs. in strength.

The PQL soft shackle is the weak link in the system and is designed to break to protect the parasail from failure in unforeseen circumstances.

Lower Winch Post 4-Way Rollers

For boats that are high wear on the towline we recommend that you install our 4-Way roller system at the bottom of your winch post instead of the old knot stopper. These rollers will increase the towlines life by double from its current life span and if needed it will still work as a knot stopper too.
