Passenger Bars with Replaceable Straps

Custom Chutes, Inc. bars are leaders in the industry in design and safety, we have seen reluctance for maintenance by the operator who is far from us when the passenger bar needs new straps. So, we have designed a bar that the passenger straps can be replaced easily while keeping the superior strength and design of our bar. Both the Doublizer Sp & Multiflyer Adv are available with the replaceable straps.

The Multiflyer Bar Advanced RS is the same excellent design as our regular Multiflyer Bar Adv but with replaceable straps feature. The removable strap system has been laboratory tested to ensure that we have a strong and reliable passenger bar like our regular passenger bars. The passenger straps are connected to the passenger bar with a rubber isolated 3/8″ stainless bolt which makes it easy to replace the straps.

The bar has a weight adjuster at one end, allowing you to balance different weights. The bar for doubles can balance up to 230 lbs difference and as triples can balance up to 110 lbs difference. To see how the adjuster moves go to the Videos.
